Litho Plastisol is one of our most popular and versatile transfer systems. Process printing (CMYK) on a conventional full colour litho press achieves optimum clarity and detail. Glitter can be incorporated within a Litho Plastisol transfer and it is also possible to modify the adhesive backer to create a Litho Polytran print. Litho Polytran transfers can be applied to more difficult fabrics, Neoprene and some nylons and item such as drawstring bags, tents and CD holders (subject to testing, Complimentary fabric testing service available).




Cad Flex PU
This is available in 16 colours, and will stick to Cotton, Polyester and Poly-Cotton Blends. PU based – PVC Free so environmentally friendly Its thin; multi-layer applications are suitable You can tumble dry it High washing resistance – up to a 60°C wash It’s easy to cut and weed.

All printed to the highest quality to block the most intense subli dyed shirts, available as single digits or as team sets 1-15, 1-17 and 16-24. Universal Opaque
Revolutionary transfers, apply to Nylon, Lycra®, Spandex®, Cotton and Poly Cotton blends. PVC and Phthalate FREE. No Minimum Quantity. Can be applied over seams. Dry Cleanable with 100% stretch and soft feel. Full colour transfers.




Custom Flock
This is a luxurious velvet-like pile transfer, and can be used in both single and multi colours.This enables the use of bold strong colours on dark fabrics. This type of transfer is extremely versatile and is geared for the more prestigious top end of the market, suitable for Fashion, Sportswear, Leisurewear and branding. 






Printable Media (photo)
For the one off events such as an 80th birthday, baby photo or for a birthday boy/girl, We can print any photo on to a shirt. Best results are on white garments but dark garments are available at extra cost.
